When will the renovation happen?

There is no fixed date for the renovation. The Club is actively selling property in the form of single family lots to raise capital for the renovation. This allows us to avoid any Renovation Assessments of our membership. We have been working with Prudential Network Realty to accomplish this goal. We will begin the work on the golf course and infrastructure for the neighborhood once the lots sales reach the targets required for that work. I encourage you to to review The Cove at Selva Marina's information for more detail on the lot sizes and prices. There is a link on the top left of this page. 
 

Is your pool open year round?

Our Junior Olympic size pool is open all year and is only closed on Mondays. While the pool is not engineered to be heated, the main season for pool usage is often from March to October. We do have tri-athlete members who continue their training in our pool during the winter wearing full wetsuits.
 

Is this a Private Club?

Our Club is Private. Members and their invited guests are welcome to use all facilities of the Club associated with their particular membership selection. We allow the Clubhouse to be rented to non-members for use of Holiday Parties, Meetings, Wedding Receptions and more.
